fairly clean and wonderful place, has particularly good views of the sunset and countryside. it is reasonably priced.

Incredible base for 1 night in Crawley, comfy and attractive hotel. Consistently courteous and supper friendly employees in a highly professional manner. Coffee facilities, a writing table and a heating system in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Comfortable area, very central location just off a cheap night club, Three Bridges railway station for trains or buses to town centre and the South terminal.

The pool was excellent, the staff was attentive. The room was spotless with 2 double beds and reasonably priced.

Pleasant and appealing hotel, had relaxing stay.

The location was brilliant for exploring Crawley.

First time at this hotel. Convenient location near Gatwick Airport. It's clean.

The location was marvellous and easy, not too far from St Elizabeth. The view was particularly good, the service was excellent. The staff were consistently courteous and pleasant and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

- Aircondition very loud, even at level 1 - doors very sensitive (you can hear people talking in the aisle). - the view from our room on the 2nd floor was unfortunately very limited

The room was excellent and comfortable for our family (4 persons). Only the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but necessary, because the windows on the 6th floor could not be opened. Eye-catching breakfast, staff and service always attentive, helpful and polite, yet never intrusive.

The room view was satisfactory, but not so important for an overnight stay on the way through.

The family room was spacious with super comfortable beds, and the kids enjoyed the lovely pool. Breakfast offered a good selection, complementing our enjoyable stay. Dinner service in the bar was slow and a bit disorganized, though management handled our feedback well by offering discounts. A pleasant experience for a short family getaway.

I arraived at the ramada but was promptly told they didnt have a room for me ,but I hade been moved to a sister hotel the4 Arora in Crawley ,I have to say this was a much better hotel and I enjoyed my stay .

Quite. Clean. I liked the fact that hall way to rooms were separated from elevators by closed doors. We stayed one night prior to flight home. The shuttle to Gatwick was on time and very convienent.

Can't recommend highly enough for a mini-vacation

Spacious room, comfortable amenities, with a lovely indoor swimming pool that was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax before our flight.

No negatives to mention.

We found the Ramada Plaza Hotel very pleasant and comfortable. We only stayed one night but would stay again for a few more nights as it all felt a little rushed on our part. Breakfast was good exactly how we imagined it to be, very filling! We didn't try the main restaurant for our evening meal as the menu didn't really appeal to us. We ate out instead. In the rooms you will find complimentary teas, coffee & biscuits, kettle and a small bottle of water. On the whole it catered to our needs as we just wanted to get away during the Easter holiday weekend at the last minute.

The dinner menu was a little over priced considering there wasn't that much of an interesting choice.

good location for Crawley and Gatwick, The stay was during heavy snow and the car park had been cleared.

the restauarnt is average at best and the heating in the room was too loud

the hotel is in a great location for flying from gatwick, staff were friendly n helpful, breakfast was super good one of the best ive had in a hotel, the bar staff were chill and nice, and we had a comfy bed too.

My room was on floor 2 and it was dated with a torn carpet. My view was just the roof of the lower building, not what i expected at all.
